This job is ideal for an experienced digital or mixed-signal IC engineer who wants to step into a leadership role with real technical ownership. You’ll lead digital development from specification through to validated silicon, while guiding and mentoring a growing engineering team.

Responsibilities for the IC Digital Lead job:

• Lead digital IC architecture, design, verification, and validation
• Own delivery of touch controller ICs and automotive MCUs
• Provide technical direction and improve performance, quality, and cost
• Manage resources, project planning, and priorities
• Work closely with global analogue, P&R, test, and software teams
• Mentor engineers and influence future product direction

Skills and experience for the IC Digital Lead job:

• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years in digital or mixed-signal IC / ASIC design
• Experience leading projects or engineers
• Strong knowledge of low-power design and full IC design flow
• Confident communicator in cross-functional, international teams
