Supplier Quality Engineer - Farnborough- Manufacturing - Up to£36k We are currently recruiting for a Supplier Quality Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Farnborough. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established companysupporting industrial, commercial and military sectors across the UK and internationally.Key Responsibilities: Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement Maintain supplier approval records, certifications and compliance documentation Investigate supplier-related quality issues and lead root cause analysis and corrective actionsDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejected materials and improve supplier performance Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement and engineering teams to support quality and compliance objectives Support production teams by identifying process improvement opportunities Prepare and maintain audit findings, compliance reports and quality documentationCommunicate with suppliers regarding corrective actions, design changes and first article inspections Skills&Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years experience within a Quality Engineering role in a manufacturing or engineering environment Strong understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Experience conducting supplier audits and managing supplier quality activities Proven problem-solving experience using Root Cause Analysis and continuous improvement toolsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings Knowledge of mechanical inspection techniques and tools Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems This role will involve travel to suppliers across the UK and occasionally Europe, so flexibility to travel&driving licenseis essential.
