Executive Education Consultant– selling professional development training course opportunities. May 2026 start. Interviewing asap. Hybrid working (2 days in the office per week following successful training). Salford, Manchester. Compensation: £26k base plus OTE £6k – £7k realistic in the first year uncapped. Incentives available to increase basic salary to £32k within 12–15 months based on performance and achieving targets.For the first 6 weeks, the candidate will receive face‑to‑face, hands‑on 1‑2‑1 training at the premises in Manchester, 3 days per week. Following successful training, the candidate will transition to a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office.
