UC Deployment Specialist Dunfermline Permanent Full-Time About the Role The role of UC Deployment Specialist will be responsible for providing the technical skills to cover the design and deployment for a Microsoft Unified Communication solution to a wide range of our clients. You will work on the deployment of projects focused around the Microsoft Unified Communications portfolio including Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. You?ll play a key part in the Installation and/or configuration of Microsoft UC environments including Enterprise Voice features and functionality whilst working with third party vendors to offer increased additional functionality. About You You?ll have 1+ years experience in deploying Microsoft UC solutions, ideally focused on Enterprise Voice You?ll have a good technical understanding of both Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business alongside the more technical knowledge of AudioCodes and Ribbon SBC?s for example. You?ll have strong troubleshooting experience and hands-on support experience, ideally both back-end and client facing. You?ll have previous experience in engagement with both internal and external stakeholders You will be an excellent team player with a proactive mindset, with a passion for working together as a team to achieve goals. You?ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with a flair for articulating your thinking. You?ll be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple projects simultaneously.
