Engineering Training Manager, Dundee

Search Consultancy is working with their client based in the Central Belt to source an experienced Engineering Training Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Training Manager to be involved in an exciting growth led project from the beginning. We are looking for degree qualified candidates who have operations, engineering or maintenance experience in a GMP production environment. You must have a technical understanding of mechanical and process equipment in order to design and facilitate the implementation of training across the site, at all operational levels. Managing cross functional teams, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills,combined with the ability to learn new skills quickly.
