We currently have a permanent vacancy for a mobile cook, covering locations in Fife.

Job type: Casual Mobile Cook – working as and when required.

• Preparation of food and beverages and the organisation of the service of food, along with understanding the requirements of special diets.
• Serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (e.g., washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, its surroundings and equipment.
• Completion of basic bookwork and electronic returns may also be required.
• This work is about ensuring residents, service users and staff are provided with meals throughout the day.

Do you have Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent?

Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
