Your Role as a Critical Care/Intensive Care Physician:

• Provide expertcare and treatment for critically ill patientsin the Intensive Care Unit
• Work closely with amultidisciplinary teamto ensure the highest standard of patient care
• Stay at the forefront ofadvancementsin critical care medicinethrough ongoing professional development
• Support and mentor junior colleagues, fostering aculture of learning and growth
• Contribute topatient-centred care strategiesand continuous healthcare improvement

What You'll Need:

• A recognisedmedical degree&specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
• Proven experience inmanaging critically ill patients in an ICU setting
• Excellent communication skills with apatient-first approach
• A proactive and adaptable mindset tothrive in a multicultural setting
• Commitment tocontinuous professional development
• Willingness tolearn Dutch to B2 level within two years(the electronic system is currently in English but may transition to Dutch soon)
