We currently have a permanent vacancy for a mobile cook, covering locations in Fife.

• Mobile Cook – 4-week rota working 2 weekend on 2 weekends off
• Duties will include preparation of food and beverages and the organisation of the service of food, along with understanding the requirements of special diets.
• Duties may include serving of meals, general kitchen and dining room duties (for example washing up, setting up and clearing away equipment and tables), and cleaning of the kitchen, it's surround and equipment.
• Completion of basic bookwork and electronic returns may also be required.
• This work is about ensuring the nursery children are provided with a service throughout the day as and when required.

• You will earn a competitive salary of £25,604.23 pro‑ra and have access to a range of benefits, including:

• Do you have Catering Experience or a Qualification such as an SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent?
• Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.

• You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
