As Sous Chef you will be responsible for running the kitchen on a day to day basis. There is a team of 4 in the kitchen serving up to 80 covers and you will be expected top motivate and get the best out of them. The Head Chef will be responsible for menu creation and while your input would be taken, the restaurant is not looking to change what they do - as they say, if it's not broke don't fix it!
