Picker - Part Time, Oban

This part‑time role involves 30 hours a week, with flexible scheduling that may include weekend work. You will work in various areas of the store, ensuring customers’ needs are met quickly and efficiently.

• Maintain high standard customer service, ensuring customers reach shelves and are served promptly.
• Fill shelves and replenish stock, ensuring accurate picking and packing for deliveries.
• Serve on tills and process deliveries efficiently to target.
• Check quality, shelf life, and packaging robustness before dispatch.
• Use a handheld terminal to pick goods, notifying the Manager of any discrepancies.
• Polite and professional interaction with delivery staff, addressing queries and escalating complex issues.
• Meet designated pick rates and observe time and presentation standards.

We can only accept candidates over the age of 18 if the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, beers, wines & spirits, and driving roles.
