You will assist in crafting marketing materials, managing social media accounts, and tracking campaign performance and further support client-facing marketing projects. Key Responsibilities

The role’s key responsibilities will include:

Marketing Strategy & Client Support

• Contribute to discussions around products and services with clients and internal stakeholders to identify marketing objectives and target customer groups
• Assist in the development of marketing strategies for brand positioning, product launches, and service promotion
• Support account management to ensure client satisfaction

Market & Audience Research

• Conduct market research relating to trends, customer needs, competitor positioning, and audience behaviour
• Present research findings internally and to clients, using insights to inform campaign recommendations
• Contribute to discussions on potential changes to messaging, pricing, positioning, packaging of services, and promotional tactics based on research findings

Digital Marketing & Campaign Support

• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid digital advertising
• Support the management and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns, including performance tracking and reporting
• Contribute to content creation for websites, blogs, whitepapers, social media, and campaign assets

Campaign Coordination & Liaison

• Brief internal and external teams on client requirements and campaign objectives
• Monitor campaign progress and support coordination between clients and internal teams
• Liaise with clients regarding campaign performance, timelines, and potential modifications

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain campaign documentation, schedules, and reports
• Assist with CRM updates, marketing analytics, and internal reporting
• Develop and document scalable marketing processes
• Manage logistics and provide support for internal and external events

Skills & Competencies

Essential:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems
• Interest in cybersecurity, technology, or B2B marketing

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns or client accounts
• Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, SaaS, or technology markets
• Ability to interpret research data and translate insights into marketing recommendations
• Understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media, email marketing, analytics)

Qualifications & Training

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Training will be primarily in-house, supported by short courses or professional development relevant to marketing, digital marketing, or market research

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
