Electrically biased multi-skilled Service Engineer, Gateshead

My client, an independantly owner manufacturing company, are looking to add an experienced Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Service Engineer to their team in Gateshead Although electrically biased, some mechanical knowledge would be beneficial You will be joining a small engineering team to help with proactive maintenance and repairs, to reduce downtime, and also improve processes and workflow Ideally you will have the following: * Degree / HNC or time served electrical engineer * Able to inspect, test and fix wiring and equipment installations * Fault finding on equipment such as Panels & PLCs * Reactive maintenance across the site * PPM and fault finding on hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Diagnose faults and identify appropriate solutions * Rewiring of machinery * Working with Siemens PLC controlled machines * Electrical qualifictaions / certfications (18th Edition would be desireable) For more information on this role, please apply with or contact Bluestone Recruitment
