Residential Conveyancer, Gateshead  QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced residential conveyancer for a new role with a specialist firm in Gateshead.  Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be upwards of £26K. The firm As conveyancing specialists, this practice has developed an excellent reputation in the market for what they do.  They pride themselves on providing an exemplary service and although they may not be the cheapest they do hold themselves out to be best in the North East.   The role  As a result of sustained growth, this firm are looking to add a further conveyancer to the team.  Due to their unique business model they can offer interested candidates low caseloads, no billing targets and some flexible working if required. The person We are keen to speak to candidates with a minimum of 3 years conveyancing experience.  You will have experience handling files from initial instruction through to post completion and will understand the importance of offering all clients a top quality client experience.  Ideally you will be a solicitor or licensed conveyancer, however, we are still very keen to speak to time served conveyancers too.  The firm are offering a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package
