AWS DevSecOps Engineer, Gateshead

AWS DevSecOps Engineer position - 100% remote For our client based in the North of the UK, we are looking for an AWS DevSecOps Engineer to work on a brand new infrastructure . You will have overall responsibility for everything to do with security in their infrastructure and will also be heavily involved in their overall DevOps environment. Job Type - Permanent Location - Remote, however our preference is towards candidates based in the North of the country. Salary - £60,000 - £75,000 It's essential that: * You have some great experience of production public cloud environments and their nuances and intricacies. * You understand and breath infrastructure as code, nothing else will do. * You will have significant knowledge of security best practices focusing predominantly on could-based server development * You have experience with YML based CI/CD pipelines (we use CircleCI). * You have experience of Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform * You are familiar with CICD security tools like AppSpyder, Twistlock, and Checkmarx or similar technologies. * You have experience with cloud-based security management/IDS/IPS/SIEM tools, such as Splunk, Dome9, AlienVault, AlertLogic, Fortinet, or Threat Stack and understand how to get the best out of these tools * You will understand how to deliver great security across our dev stack without slowing the team down and preventing us from moving fast Please apply for more details
