Working as a Senior Member of staff you will be expected to deliver and promote a high standard of personal care and support across various settings, empowering our clients service users to maintain as much independence as possible, ensuring all daily living activities are met to highest standard of person centred care. We work in settings such as residential, nursing, hospitals, support settings and specialist units. Main duties include, but are not limited to: * Administer Medication following correct procedures * Promote, support and assist in all daily living activities * Develop positive and professional relationships with other professionals, clients, families and most importantly the service user. * Ensure factual documentation is kept in all administrative duties * Undertake any and all domestic duties required * Be able to lead a team to provide high standards of care * Maintain confidentiality * Report any concerns to management within the service Person Specification: * Minimum of 6 ? 12 months experience in a Senior / Team Leader role * Be caring, understanding, patient and calm. * NVQ/QCF level 3 or equivalent * Be able to remain calm under pressure * Be confident in delegation or tasks * Be reliable and professional * Eligible to work in the UK * Preferably have own vehicle but not essential Benefits: * Flexible hours to suit you * Free Training and Refresher training * Holiday accrual * Refer a Friend Scheme * Competitive hourly rates ?
