Working as a Healthcare Worker or a Support Worker you will be expected to deliver a high standard of personal care and support across various settings, empowering our clients service users to maintain as much independence as possible, ensuring all daily living activities are met to highest standard of person centred care. As an agency we pride ourselves on meeting the guidelines of CQC. Ensuring we follow the 5 key points when we deliver care and support with our clients. We work in settings such as residential, nursing, hospitals, Support settings and specialist units. Main Duties: * Support and assist with daily living activities * Administer Medication ? (SW Only) * Develop positive professional relationships with our clients and their service users * Complete any and all administrative duties * Undertake domestic duties where needed * Maintain confidentiality and ensure you provide privacy and dignity to the service users Person Specification: * Minimum of 6 to 12 months experience within healthcare environments * Be reliable and professional * Eligible to work in the UK * Be caring, understanding, patient and calm. * Preferably have own vehicle Benefits: * Flexible hours to suit you * Free Training and Refresher training * Holiday accrual * Refer a Friend Scheme * Competitive hourly rates ?
