Senior Product Support Specialist ? IVD We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Product Support Specialist to join our dynamic and exciting multinational diagnostic client based in the North East. You will use your experience and knowledge in molecular diagnostics and techniques to provide support to customers, as well as designing and developing user training techniques and materials. You will also continue to improve the product/technical support program using your creative thinking ensuring they meet all appropriate regulatory and legal requirements. Travel internationally and within the UK will also be required. To succeed in this position, you will have PhD in a scientific discipline, extensive experience in molecular techniques together with a minimum of 2 years PCR experience.
