Behaviour Support for young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs. A specialist provision are looking for 2x Behaviour Mentors to work with pupils with challenging behaviour and mental health difficulties. The provision has a great team who are committed to ensuring the pupils get the most from their education. They provide a theraputic enviroment and a theraputic approach. This is a long term potentially permanent position to start in September. Teaching Assistant experience is not essential but you must have previous experience in physical interventions, deescalation techniques, and have experience with managing behaviour that challenges.
