Machine Operator (FMCG), Rochester

Machine Operator 4 on 4 off - DAYS 5.45am - 6pm with 90 minutes unpaid breaks Medway Due to continuous growth our Medway based client have a requirement for a Machine Operator. Applicants must have experience of working within a busy Production environment and a knowledge of machine operating. Duties will include: To carry out pre start-up safety, hygiene checks required for the production line before starting the line Prepare raw materials for production Replenish packaging to the production line during the shift including the stacking of boxes or consumable items like glue and labels etc. Replace films and replenish on line during production Complete and maintain correct documentation for each product run Manual handling including the stacking of finished goods Maintain the hygiene of equipment during and after the job is completed Replenish the line with pallets or other materials needed for production Record downtime Resolve machine stoppages promptly Maintain health and safety and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures at all timesThe right candidate will have: Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and numerical Hard working with a can do attitude.
