Maintenance Officer, Glasgow

A temporary Maintenance Officer role based in Greater Glasgow, with immediate start. Your new company Our client, a housing association in Greater Glasgow, are looking to add an experienced Maintenance Officer to their team to work in their busy and vibrant reactive maintenance section, initially for 2 months+. Your new role Working within the Reactive Repairs Team, you will be tasked with ensuring that you help deliver a timely and comprehensive service to tenants, take a lead on property inspections & work closely with the Maintenance support team to resolve Repairs issues as they are reported. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need to have served in a Maintenance Officer role previously with a Housing Association & be ready to hit the ground running in a busy department.
