RESPONSIBILITIES: Collating paperwork and ensuring all relevant administration is processed compliantly and accurately Handling the compliance checking of all applications Liaising with colleagues and clients internally including lenders, underwriters and estate agents to progress cases to completion Managing a large caseload and working towards timescales promptly Process and administer new cases Maintain accurate and up to date client recordsTHE PERSON: Previous experience within a similar Mortgage/Loans/Bridged Loans based role is essential Excellent administration and organisational skills Confident to manage colleagues and clients internally and externally Ideally CeMAP qualifiedTO APPLY: To please send your CV for immediate consideration.
