In House Paralegal Glasgow Competitive Salary We are hiring here at Search Consultancy. We are looking for an experienced paralegal with commercial contract experience. You must be able to review contracts, suggest appropriate revisions and assist in contract negotiations with clients. Bulk of the work will be contract reviews but there will also be other ad hoc work - debt recovery, enforcement of restrictive covenants and assisting with general day to day queries. It is essential you must have good communication skills, written and verbal. Must have experience in managing clients and will need good time management skills. Expected hours will be full time, Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm. Eventually based in Atrium Court once we are allowed back into the office!
