An exciting opportunity is available for a Clinical Lead Nurse to work within the healthcare team within a category B training prison in Willoughby, near Rugby, Warwickshire acting as a national resource for sentenced male adults who have been convicted of a current or previous sex offence. Working alongside the Head of Healthcare - you will be required to lead the multidisciplinary team; which is responsible for assessing patients and providing appropriate interventions between primary and secondary healthcare. This is delivered through outpatient clinics and the potential candidate will need to possess good communication skills both written and verbal and feel able to easily communicate with a range of stakeholders. Confidence in managing and maintaining credible and flexible working relationships with partnership providers and stakeholders is essential as well as the ability to demonstrate experience and understanding of secure site services.
