Maths Intervention Tutor Maths Intervention Tutor Located in South East London Full-Time Immediate Start Attractive rates of pay depending on experience Tempest are looking for a Maths Intervention Tutor to join a dynamic, structured and established EBD School based in Lewisham! We are looking for an energetic individual that can deliver Level 2 Maths Functional Skills up to GCSE level to raise attainment in pupil learning and grades. To be considered for this role you must be an Intervention Tutor who has the drive to teach effectively with a smile. You will have the ability to hit the ground running, picking up your duties and responsibilities in a timely manner. To be successful for this role you must have a good track record and a keen interest in working 1:1 with students who are out of mainstream education. This is a full-time opportunity that will encounter (phone number removed) lessons per week to raise attainment in pupils Maths; additionally you will have three PPA sessions per week (the same as teachers) and eight lessons each week where you will lead 2 lessons per each year 11 group with the support of the Maths teacher, delivering Level 2 Maths functional skills to Year 11 students. You will have the full support of the Maths department for resources, materials, information and guidance.
