Nurse Manager, North West

Are you a Band 6 RMN with strong management experience? Are you able to provide an excellent level of care for adults with varying complex needs? If so then this could be an excellent opportunity for you! A Nurse Manager is required for a full time position at a charity with 3 locations across Tameside. The team specialise in caring for adults with complex and varying needs and ensure a good quality of life for patients. The successful candidate will report to the Registered Manager and will lead the care team to assess patient needs, and will take the lead sharing their knowledge and expertise with team members. They will have a caseload of service users that they are responsible for. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent clinical skills, will be an excellent communicator and will have up to date knowledge on relevant policies and regulations.
