Total Assist are recruiting for a locum Clinical Pharmacist to cover Wards and Dispensary based duties for an NHS Client based in Scotland. * Wards and Dispensary * ASAP ? Ongoing * Scotland * Pay £24 to £30 per hour D.O.E. As a qualified Pharmacist, you will be required to work as part of a team within the inpatients and outpatients Pharmacy department. Your duties will include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening of drug charts, assembly and checking of discharge prescriptions (TTOs), ordering medication, counselling patients, providing pharmaceutical advice to doctors and nurses. Good communication and good people skills are imperative along with knowledge and experience working within a UK Hospital. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you hold an MPharms Degree along with GPhC registration along with a minimum of 1 years' experience working within a UK Hospital is essential.
