Youll work independently, solve problems and genuinely help people when they need it most. Ideal for drivers who enjoy variety, responsibility, helping people and being out on the road. Training Programme Youll complete a fully paid 3-week induction programme:Week 1: Online training from home via Teams Week 2: Residential training at one of the companys training venues (Accommodation, meals, and travel provided) Week 3: Mentor training in the truck from your depot By the end of training, youll be fully prepared to work independently. What You NeedHGV Class 2 licence or higher Maximum 6 points for minor offences No DD, DR, or CD endorsements Valid Driver CPC qualification and Digi Tacho card Good drivers hours and compliance knowledge Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience preferred Newly qualified HGV drivers considered Ex-military drivers encouraged to applyShift Pattern Mixed shift pattern including days, mids, and late starts on a rotating 4-week roster.
