Responsible for:You will be responsible for the preparation, production and service of Breakfast food to the highest standard and in accordance with food hygiene HACCP regulations.
Job Description:
· Preparing and cooking of all breakfast dishes to order and ensure they conform to agreed standards prior to service.
· Maintaining the highest level of work cleanliness and hygiene throughout all duties and with compliance to HACCP regulations.
· Carrying out ordering duties as required.
· Dealing with the intake of deliveries
