This is a high-impact CFO appointment at a pivotal point in the Group’s evolution. Working closely with the Board and Executive team, you will play a central role in shaping strategy, driving performance and building market confidence, while helping to unlock the full potential of a scaled, high-quality platform.

• Lead financial strategy and performance in a listed, technology-led environment
• Support the transition to a more integrated, disciplined and high-performing group
• Drive value creation through improved margin, investment prioritisation and operational clarity
• Act as a key partner to the Board on strategy, capital allocation and growth
• Engage with investors and external stakeholders to strengthen market confidence

• Proven CFO / Finance Director, ideally within a growth-oriented or acquisitive business, or one that has gone through substantial transformation to unlock value and scale.
• Strong commercial instinct with the ability to balance rigour and pace
• Experience operating at Board level, with credibility in listed or investor-backed environments
• Track record of driving transformation, integration or performance improvement
• Collaborative, pragmatic and outcomes-focused leadership style
