• Build warm, respectful relationships
• Bring calm, compassion and a sense of humour
• Work closely with colleagues and keep clear records

• A steady, friendly and inclusive approach
• The flexibility to work across a range of shifts
• An SVQ Level 2 in Social Care (or be ready to work towards one)
• A desire to be part of something that truly matters
• Member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and completed the necessary vetting checks
• Registered with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and meet its standards and criteria
• Valid permission to work in the UK
