Senior Architect / Associate, Gloucester

Anderselite are proud to share this unique opportunity for a Senior Architect / Associate to join an established practice in Gloucestershire who are looking to expand one of their teams specialising in Eldercare and retirement living. The team is already proficient in publicly funded works and now want to expend into the private sector. The practice is seeking an ambitious Senior Architect, who will lead the development of a second team, with support from the Eldercare Director. The Company: - With over 30 years' experience working within the South West and Midlands region the practice specialises in a variety of sectors such as Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Housing, Conservation and Commercial. The successful Candidate will: - Have 10 years' experience as an Architect with at least 5 years in Retirement Living or Eldercare. Have experience working as a Part III Architect and run projects from inception to completion Should have experience using BIM on recent projects Proficient using ArchiCAD and Vectorworks Demonstrate the ambition to develop and drive forward a new team Be able to target and win new business from developers and operators Be able to demonstrate passion to make things happen Show experience working in collaborative way and able to motivate others Have extensive client facing and site-management experience The role: - Provide support to existing team on existing projects Target and win new business from private developers and operators Maintain an active involvement in the design and construction phases providing high quality Architectural Expertise Provide support to the BIM team acting as a BIM co-ordinator/leader on the relevant sized projects Lead bid preparation and winning for private work Responsible for initially fulfilling projects with some support from the existing team Work with Directors to develop second team with active involvement in recruitment Employee benefits: - Competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 negotiable depending on experience Company pension contribution scheme of 5% Healthshield Wellbeing package Subsidised parking Enhanced Holiday Scheme Flexible working hours by agreement Annual Appraisal with a separate interim review Anderselite Ltd operates as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business.
