Registered Manager - Autism Bristol £31,000 - £35,000 Compass Associates are working alongside a national provider of care for adults with complex health needs throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join them in Bristol on a full time, permanent basis. The Candidate The ideal candidate will be an experienced Registered Manager who has experience in working with adults with varying levels of Autism. Someone who has experience in working with Positive Behaviour Support would be desirable. The service needs a strong and passionate manager who has a commitment to delivering high levels of care and who has a solid understanding of CQC regulations. The Role The service offers 24/7 support to adults who have Autism, Learning Disabilities, and can display behaviours that challenge. The service offers innovative, individualised care plans for each service user, promoting independence wherever possible. There is a large stable staff team and the organisation are committed to offering progression and on going training for every employee. Essential Requirements - Level 5 Qualification in Leadership and Management - Full UK Driving License - Experience as a Registered Manager for a specialist service - Extensive experience and knowledge around Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Epilepsy. Location This service is located in Bristol and is commutable from Gloucester, Bath, Chippenham, Weston Super Mare and surrounding areas.
