Roofing Contracts Manager, Gloucester

Job Title ? Roofing Contracts Manager Package - £30k-£45k plus package Gloucester, South West England   The company   Our client is one of the leading Roofing contractors in the UK and have been trading for over 50 years.   They specialise in providing roofing and waterproofing services from maintenance, repairs, re-roofing to new build and larger commercial projects.   Due to growth, they are now looking for a Roofing Contracts Manager to join their existing Commercial team, someone who can become a key part of the team and grow with the team.   The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years? experience working in a similar role and come from a strong roofing background managing multiple projects at a time.   The role of the Roofing Contracts Manager   Reporting into the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Ensure successful delivery of a variety of planned works on budget, time in a safe manner and fully in accordance with the company policy and procedures. Managing a team of Site & Project Managers within the company and motivating other members of staff. Managing Contractors and direct operatives, enduring planned works are completing on time and within budget whilst minimizing disruption to residents and the public. You will work closely with the supply chain and client and provide high quality technical expertise on all construction matters. Keeping fully up to date with the latest Health & Safety regulation   To be successful as a Roofing Contracts Manager, you will need to possess the following: Strong track record as a Contracts Manager for a roofing contractor Ability to manage multiple projects at one time. Be extremely process driven and results focused.
