The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Trading Manager from an FMCG Environment, with a ?hands on? approach to Food Management processes. Only candidates with experience of Food Production work will be considered. Trading Manager Duties: * Strategic Planning of Buying & Selling * Commercially aware or the FMCG Market * Planning, Cost & Negotiating Terms of Business * Identifying New Markets * Developing & Maintaining Client Relationships * Identifying and recording P&L within business areas * Developing Supplier and Customer Relationships * Monitoring Logistics and Product Distribution Channels Production Operative required skills and experience: * Ideally from an FMCG/Production based environment * Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment * Keen Eye for detail * To be a Team Player * Knowledge of Health & Safety Previous experience within the FMCG industry is essential.
