Production Associate, Brockworth

G-TEKT Europe Manufacturing Limited (G-TEM) is a global business within the field of design, development and manufacture of automotive body structures and engineering services. We are now seeking experienced Production Associates for our Assembly Department who have experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment to join our Production team, initially on fixed term contracts. Working in a fast paced busy enivironment you will be working on a robotic welder Weld Associate Operate robotic welding equipment by loading and unloading press components to achieve hourly build targets to meet customer requirements. Ensuring all quality checks are completed on components, ensuring these are carried out to our quality standards and procedures. Pack components into stillages ensuring they are labelled correctly Reporting of faults to team leader to minimise downtime Basic TPM to be carried out. Accurate completion of production paperwork Supporting 5S activities within the department. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following :- Good reliability and time-keeping Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, able to read and follow written instructions Ability to work in a fast paced environment to tight deadlines with minimum supervision. A collaborative approach to team working Must be flexible able to work shift patterns Ability to learn quickly.
