Building Surveyor, Gloucester

Our Client requires a Building Surveyor to join their Building Surveying practice based between Bristol and Gloucester. Due to continued success, our Client are looking to grow the team by appointing a Building Surveyor and are keen to get someone on board within the coming months. This position would be within the Commercial sector, so it is essential that the successful Building Surveyor will have experience working within the Commercial sector. The day-to day work of the successful Building Surveyor would involve carrying out Dilapidations and PPM Building Surveys and would also undertake all associated duties including Contract Administration, Project Management, Landlord and Tenant matters and Commercial refurbishment projects.
