Kitchen Assistant Location: Gloucester (GL4) Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (PAYE) Job Type: Temporary (Ad hoc shifts) The Role We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy corporate site in Gloucester.

This is a short-term assignment covering staff absence, ideal for someone flexible and available on specific dates.

Shift Dates Required Wednesday 6th May Thursday 7th May Monday 11th May Thursday 14th May Monday 18th May Wednesday 20th May Key Responsibilities Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards Assisting with basic food service Cleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas Following health & safety and food hygiene procedures Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen or catering environment preferred Good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards Reliable and punctual Able to work efficiently as part of a team Compliance Requirements Right to Work in the UK DBS check required Basic food hygiene knowledge (Level 2 preferred) Additional Information Temporary ad hoc shifts Immediate start available Professional working environment
