Service Manager Adults with Autism&Learning Disabilities ?? Maisemore, Gloucester We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead two supported living services on the same site supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities in Maisemore, Gloucester. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, person-centred care while maintaining full compliance with regulatory standards.About the role: You will oversee the day-to-day running of the service with the Registered Manager, ensuring safe, effective and compassionate support for individuals. You will work closely with families, professionals, and multi-disciplinary teams (MDT) to deliver positive outcomes for people supported.You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with CQC standards, care planning, audits, and staff supervision, while promoting a positive and empowering culture within the service. Key responsibilities: Overall management of a residential service Development, review, and oversight of care plansEnsuring full compliance with CQC regulations Liaising with families, professionals, and MDTs Staff supervision, leadership, and performance management Participation in on-call rota Promoting person-centred care and positive outcomes Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Health&Social Care or working towards (minimum requirement) Strong experience in managing care plans and regulated services Knowledge of CQC frameworks and compliance requirements Experience working with MDTs and external professionals Confident working with families and stakeholders Flexible approach to working hours, including on-call dutiesStrong leadership and communication skills Working pattern: Full time Fully flexible required Participation in on-call rota ??
