Compensation and Working Hours- £28 000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full‑time: 8:30 am to 6 pm four weekdays per week, and 9 am to 5 pm every Saturday
- 30 days annual leave (includes bank holidays)
- Enrolment at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre
- Continued training as you grow and develop within your role
- Fully‑funded training course to achieve a nationally recognised qualification, including ARLA membership

Must have access to your own vehicle. Full UK driving licence for a manual or automatic car. Proof of business insurance for your vehicle must be provided before starting.
If you are successful in your application for this role but voluntarily leave the role within the first 12 months of employment, you may be required to reimburse the company for the costs associated with your training programme.
