Food and Beverage Team Member - Bank

Join Avery Healthcare as a Food and Beverage Team Member at Fleet Hall Care Home in Fleet. In this role you will support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in choosing meal options when dining.
• Set and maintain dining tables following standard operating procedures.
• Keep the front‑of‑house clean, tidy and well‑presented; remove and replenish dirty crockery throughout the day.
• Ensure fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food and fresh fruit are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished.
• Be aware of individual resident dietary requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• High standards of personal hygiene.
• Experience working in a similar setting (restaurant, hotel or care home) is desirable.
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
• Demonstrated compassion and commitment to the delivery of culinary services to residents.
