Key Responsibilities Classroom Support: Assist teachers with lesson delivery, supporting students individually or in small groups.Individual Support: Provide tailored help to pupils with additional needs, ensuring full participation and progress. Qualifications&Skills Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential. Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in new environments.
