Pay £12.85 per hour (£60 per Sleep-in Shift)

We have a social lady in her 60’s who loves drives out in her own vehicle, meals out, seeing friends and family and visiting new places such as museums or coastal areas.

She has a learning disability, a physical disability and needs our help to support them in a supported living home. You will also need to provide emotional reassurance when experiencing behaviours of distress – full positive behaviour support training is provided but previous experience is essential. A chatty, outgoing support worker with a good sense of humour would be a wonderful match.

You will be supporting them to live their lives the way they choose, to be themselves, and to achieve their goals. You will be supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, cooking, cleaning and laundry.

Long Day Sleep-ins: 9am-10am the following day (£60 sleep-in shift included). Sleep in shifts cover hours between 10pm-8am. Rotas are provided 4 weeks in advance to support a healthy work life balance.
