Reception posts available for 3 days a week working from Ponteland PCC on a Tuesday and Wednesday and Hexham PCC on a Thursday. This post may have to provide relief reception cover to other sites. Travel costs will be paid on a mileage basis.

• Working hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch.
• Must have access to a vehicle to travel between sites and a valid UK driving licence for that vehicle.
• Position may close once the required number of suitable applications has been received.

• Provide first contact for patients and contractors directing them where to go.
• Take and deal with queries over the phone, including redirecting calls to team members on site.
• Manage appointment systems for Podiatry and District Nursing.
• Update appointment systems for Podiatry and District Nursing.
• Order stationery and other items for the trust.
• Support Estates department in building operations.
• Ring taxis for patients (patients will pay).
• Issue hearing aid batteries.
• Support other members of the trust as required.
• Lock and unlock certain trust sites.
• Maintain photocopier and log repair calls where required.
• Update records relating to the site(s) on various systems.
