Quality Control (QC) Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control analysis of samples, including in-process, final, occupational hygiene, and environmental samples.
• Provide exceptional analytical support to manufacturing plants, addressing any equipment issues that arise.
• Analyse and confirm product quality against predetermined manufacturing specifications.
• Ensure all analytical equipment is calibrated and maintained per departmental quality systems.
• Collaborate with the QC team to ensure timely reporting of sample results.

• • • Analytical Expertise: Proficient in a range of techniques, particularly G.C. and HPLC operations.

    • Adaptability: Capability to prioritise tasks and operate efficiently under pressure, adjusting to varying production needs.

Experience:

• • • Demonstrated operational experience with Agilent instrumentation.
    • Proven expertise in GC and HPLC maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Experience with occupational hygiene monitoring and environmental sampling is a plus.
    • Familiarity with Agilent UPLC, including troubleshooting and maintenance, is desirable.

Education:

• • HNC or equivalent in a science or engineering-related discipline.
