InspectionTeamLeader JobPurposeInspectionTeamLeader Responsiblefortheday-to-dayleadershipandsupervisionoftheinspectionteamworkingunderlicensing.Therolefocusesonensuringhigh-qualitypropertyinspectionsacrosstheprivaterentedsector,supportingcompliancewithhousingstandardsandlicensingconditions,andimprovingtheconditionofrentalproperties.MainresponsibilitiesInspectionTeamLeader TeamLeaderandSupervision InspectionandQualityAssurance StakeholderEngagement ServiceAccountabilitiesInspectionTeamLeader Lead,manage,andsupportateamofinspectionofficersconductingpropertyinspectionsunderhousinglicensingschemes Allocateandprioritiseworkloads,ensuringtimelyandeffectiveservicedelivery.Providetechnicaloversightandmentoringonhousingstandards,includingHHSRS,preparingandissuingnotices,andtenancy-relatedissues Overseethequalityandconsistencyofinspectionsandensurethecompliancewithhousinglegislationandlicensingconditions Reviewandapproveinspectionreports,ensuringaccuracyandappropriatefollowupsUndertakepropertyinspectionswherenecessarytoassesscompliancewithlicensingconditions,supportenforcementactionandensureconsistentapplicationofhousingstandardsacrosstheteam. Workwithlandlords,tenantsagentsandexternalpartnerstofacilitateinspectionsandpromoteunderstandingoflicensingresponsibilities identifyopportunitiestoimproveinspectionprocessesanddatasystemsGeneralinformation:InspectionTeamLeader Thepostholderwillberequiredtocomplywithorganisationspoliciesandprocedures. Theorganisationhasanosmokingpolicy.Staffarenotpermittedtosmokeonanyoftheorganisationspremisesnorinanyvehicleusedonorganisationbusiness.
