Redline UK is seeking a Production Engineering & Test Manager based in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk. In this role, you will deliver the Engineering strategy through strong technical leadership and performance management.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma. Key responsibilities including managing Engineering & Test teams to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost KPIs. The position offers a 9 day working fortnight and relocation cost assistance up to £8,000.
