The Role

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support pupils with additional needs
• Provide1:1 and small-group supporttailored to individual learning plans
• Support pupils with needs such asASD, ADHD, and speech&language difficulties
• Help create acalm, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Support pupils bothin and outside the classroom, including during transitions

• Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting children with SEN
• Calm, resilient, and confident behaviour management skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to pupils'needs
