The Program: Your Path to Becoming a Specialist Autism TeacherThis is not just a job; it is a 2-year specialist training programme. Located in a magnificent OFSTED "Outstanding" specialist setting, you will support the primary division, helping children from age 4 with severe and complex needs, including:
Autism (ASD) and Communication difficulties.

What You'll Need to ApplyWe are looking for individuals committed to making a long-term difference in Special Educational Needs.
Essential: GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
Essential: Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable: Previous experience in teaching, care, or as a Teaching Assistant.
Desirable: Prior experience or a passion for working with SEN/Disabilities.
Supporting learners on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.
Engaging fully in the 2-year teacher training program.
Providing a safe, nurturing, and interactive learning environment for primary-aged pupils.
