Keyholder Guildford

The Keyholder's main responsibility is to assist the management team to maximise sales and profitability whilst supporting and retaining a high performing team.

• Deliver a 'customer first' experience exceeding customer expectations and support the team to ensure this experience is delivered consistently.
• Provide product training and knowledge to deliver unbiased customer advice.
• Exceed sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge.
• Maintain stock file accuracy by adhering to all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss.
• Keep the team aware of sales targets, ATV, AUS and conversion targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, focusing on their achievement.
• Communicate clearly and concisely with all internal and external business partners to drive business opportunities.
• Confidently analyse business reports to review weekly, monthly and yearly performance.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming and approachable environment for employees to thrive in.
• Observe and communicate any performance‑related feedback in a timely manner to the management team.
• Lead, motivate and inspire the team—be a role model.
• Ensure the store is maintained in line with Company policy and procedure.

• Experience delivering a 'customer first' experience and leadership to coach and motivate a team.
• Ability to understand and analyse commercial reports to drive business opportunities.
• Skill in identifying key performance behaviours and competencies within a team.
