Our specialist SEN provision in Bow is looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Teacher to work with students aged 11-19 with complex needs, autism, severe learning difficulties, and associated communication needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning programmes
• Support functional, social, and emotional development
• Adapt curriculum content to meet individual learning profiles
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Promote independence and positive behaviour strategies

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified teacher with SEN experience preferred
• Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Be flexible, proactive, and committed to inclusive education
• Have experience supporting pupils with autism and complex needs
